The Company reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud screening, or investigation of irregular account activity. Members will be notified of any such hold and of the steps required to resolve it.

6.2 All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the individual promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount across eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Bets placed on live sports at odds lower than 1.50 and certain table games may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements; contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.
6.3 Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of a bonus will result in the bonus balance — and any associated winnings — being removed from the Account.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12.1 olx88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an Account is closed by the Company for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 A Member who wishes to close their own Account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining Balance will be disbursed to the Member's verified payment method subject to the KYC conditions in Clause 4.
12.4 Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority. A Member who requests self-exclusion will have their Account suspended immediately and will remain excluded for the period requested (minimum six months).
